About The Position

CMC is seeking Commercial Framers experienced with metal prefabricated studs to construct modular commercial structures.

What You’ll Do

Frame walls, ceilings, and structures using metal prefab studs

Assemble commercial modular units and building shells

Read and follow framing blueprints and layouts

Ensure structural accuracy and quality standards

Work closely with plumbing and electrical teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience with metal stud framing preferred

Commercial or modular construction experience a plus

Blueprint reading skills

Physical ability to work in a production environment
