About The Position

Hobby Lobby is seeking an organized, customer service oriented person with leadership experience to join their team as a Frame Shop Manager. The company is an exciting, ever-changing, growing, upscale chain that carries a full range of art and craft supplies, a large home accent department, seasonal merchandise of all varieties, fabric, and floral departments. They sell ready mades, open woods, and make custom frames, as well as carrying a variety of supplies. The Frame Shop Manager position is an hourly store management role. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Have excellent Customer Service Skills
• Have Merchandise Display experience
• Possess Basic Computer Skills
• Be Trustworthy And Dependable
• Provide Previous Work References
• Have Previous Management Experience
• Be experienced at scheduling

Responsibilities

• Supervising framers
• Scheduling hours to stay on payroll budget
• Ordering supplies
• Ensure department is clean and well stocked
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet all framing deadlines
