About The Position

The full-time Frame Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing frame orders and hitting a minimum weight goal per year. This is a warehouse associate position that acts as a material handler, inventory associate, and forklift operator. Other duties include loading and unloading freight such as lumber and/or building supplies, achieving a minimum weight goal per year (Year 1: 8,000 lbs/hour, Year 2: 9,000lbs/hour, Year 3: 10,000lbs/hour, Year 4: 11,000lbs/hour, etc.), maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and caring for equipment, shrink control, forklift training, certification, and operation, and communicating delays or discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Effectively present information to others one-on-one
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
