About The Position

LaForce is looking for a 1st Shift Metal Fabricator to play a key role in producing high-quality hollow metal frames and components. Your hands-on work will help ensure precision, safety, and reliability on every project. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm; Friday, 6:30am - 12:30pm Pay: $19/hr. and up based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mechanical Shears, Hydraulic Press Brakes, and Punch Presses.
• Operate spot-welding equipment.
• Read and interpret shop orders, drawings, and frame templates.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and production records.
• Support other fabrication operations as needed.
