The Frame Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality frames that meet specifications and prepare products for the next stage of manufacturing. This role requires skill with tools, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience building frames in a production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–9 hours with overtime).
• Physical ability for repetitive reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, balancing, stooping, and handling materials.
• Manual and finger dexterity to manipulate tools and assemble parts with precision.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. frequently and team-lift up to 60 lbs. (push/pull objects weighing 50–75 lbs.).
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas as production needs require.
• Consistent attendance and availability to work scheduled hours, including overtime.
• Commitment to adhere to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames according to detailed specifications.
• Square frames by installing frame parts and ensuring accurate alignment.
• Operate tools such as staple guns, screwdrivers, impact guns, hammers, pliers, clamps, etc.
• Inspect frames for quality, correcting errors as needed to meet company standards.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
