About The Position
Lab Technicians will have the unique opportunity to work in both the applications lab and the compounding lab, gaining expertise in both areas. This role involves performing analytical testing on fragrance materials to ensure quality, safety, and accurate formulation, including refractive index, specific gravity, and flashpoint measurements using specialized equipment, and following precise formulas to blend raw materials into sample products for customers around the world. Training will be provided to exceptional candidates with a keen interest in fragrance. Ideal applicants will have a bachelor's degree with lab experience in a scientific field or considerable experience in a fragrance or flavor compounding lab.
