About The Position

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, COO, or other executive role.
• Strong experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Expertise in managing financials, budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profit margins.
• Experience improving and optimizing company operations with a focus on efficiency and cost management.
• Strong team leadership skills, including mentoring senior executives and fostering a high-performing culture.
