About The Position
Starr Oilfield Services LLC is actively seeking motivated and team-oriented Owner Operators for frac sand hauling in Kermit. This position offers an excellent compensation structure, with drivers earning up to $9,000 weekly. The company prides itself on providing immediate work opportunities, allowing drivers to start within just two days of applying. The work schedule is structured around 21 days out on the road followed by 7 days of home time, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic for our drivers. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also eager to contribute to a team environment. The role involves hauling sand, which is a critical component in the oil and gas industry, and drivers will have the chance to stay busy with a variety of loads and routes. To support our drivers, we offer a comprehensive orientation program that lasts just one day, along with fuel cards and discounts to help manage expenses. Our drivers can expect to handle 2-4 loads daily, guaranteed, which ensures consistent earnings. Additionally, we provide safety bonuses to reward our drivers for maintaining high safety standards on the job.
