The position involves assisting senior operators and performing frac-specific job roles, which include tasks related to proppant, chemicals, blenders, and QA/QC. The role requires learning basic operations, including performing pre/post job equipment inspections, completing preventative maintenance procedures, and operating support equipment such as proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, and discharge manifold equipment. The individual will also assist in the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service, as well as in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for the next job. Safety awareness and environmental consciousness are crucial, and compliance with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations is expected. Participation in quality and continuous improvement processes is also part of the role.
