About The Position

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for an NDT Lead to join our team in Groton, CT. The Working Team Leader provides hands-on leadership on designated NDT operations, supporting daily production while driving improvements in quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency. Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical training preferred)
  • Experience in NDT and/or investment casting
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior training or mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Train and cross-train associates on designated NDT operations
  • Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Lead scrap and rework reduction efforts
  • Support production flow, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Maintain 6S and safe work practices
  • Fill in operational roles as needed
  • Maintain working knowledge of assigned NDT operations
