About The Position

As an FPGA Engineering Intern at HPR, you will: Build on your strong academic background as you help us advance our high-performance computing and electronic trading systems Collaborate with mentors to solve real-world problems Own a project through the entire FPGA development life cycle Develop tools to automate RTL and testbench generation
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Engineering , Electrical Engineering , Computer Science , or related field and have attained Sophomore standing or higher
- Successful completion or enrollment in relevant coursework such as Digital Logic Design, Computer Organization, or Embedded Systems
- Must have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA , if on a 4.0 scale
- Internship or academic experience writing Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Familiarity working in a Linux environment
- Proficiency with a scripting and/or high-level software language (e.g., Python, Perl, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with FPGAs
- Familiarity with FPGA tools (Vivado and/or Quartus)
