• 1+ years of store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values in visual merchandising.
• Engage the entire team in selling and visual initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Create a compelling store environment through in-store marketing and merchandising.
• Support the Store Manager in developing event programming that resonates with local customers.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Train the team on store processes and merchandise placement to prioritize customer service.
• Participate as the manager-on-duty to drive engagement and foster a collaborative selling environment.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the store.
• Sustain daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting and supporting scheduling.
• Utilize company tools to analyze business opportunities and network with local fitness partners.
• Collaborate with partners to execute shipment processing and maintain visual standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and uphold company policies to support store profitability.
• Lead with an inclusive philosophy and encourage open dialogue among employees.
• Stay current with interoffice communication and ensure important information reaches the team.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager regarding customer experience and product presentation.
• Protect time with direct reports for personal growth and development.
