The Assistant Store Manager supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness. This includes collaborating with others, supporting store processes and visual needs, and development of the team. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador, reflecting company values, creating engaging visual experiences, driving selling initiatives, building lasting customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations, and connecting with customers on shared interests of wellness and fitness. The Assistant Store Manager also supports the Store Manager in developing and executing consistent event programming reflective of local customer interests to drive FP Movement engagement. They are responsible for delivering a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience utilizing MPOS, POS, and the FP App. The role includes guiding the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations, providing feedback, participating as manager-on-duty, supporting recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, and sustaining daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll. They utilize company tools to analyze business opportunities, network with the local community for fitness partnerships, collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and product placement, ensure timely and accurate omni-channel order processing, and adhere to safety standards and company policies to support profitability. The Assistant Store Manager leads with an inclusive philosophy, engages employees, ensures communication flow, facilitates sharing of product knowledge and brand messaging, provides customer experience insights, and fosters team development.
