The Senior Analyst, FP&A will be responsible for supporting the Director of FP&A with the consolidated financial planning, coordination and analysis of the company's periodic forecasting and annual budgeting processes. The position aids in oversight and development of the enterprise financial models, management reporting, and planning systems. The position will play a crucial role in formulating data-driven insights, helping prepare executive presentations, and working across business functions to produce timely and accurate reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in business, healthcare administration or similar field.
• Master's degree in business or health administration highly desirable.
• Excellent record of academic and professional achievement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Word.
• Prior experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of financial statements.
• Experience translating complex analysis and ideas into an easily understandable narrative and presentation materials.
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and drawing conclusions regarding risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining consolidated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations for the forecast cycle. Utilize input to update weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting packages and executive presentations, clearly communicating root cause analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, including scenario analysis, gaps to plan, peer comparisons, and business case assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to align budget requirements with overall business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional team members to enhance business processes and ensure the organization effectively leverages detailed data for analysis and insights.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting through automation and system enhancements.
• Assists the development of Fusion Planning updates; tests systems with ITG and operational controllers.
• Uses Hyperion Planning, HFM, Fusion Planning & FCCS/SmartView to generate analysis.
• Assists in corporate departmental analysis and forecasting in Planning systems.
