Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Operations & Supply Chain Finance (OSC) is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Principal Specialist to join the team. The position will support the Supply Chain function with analysis, reporting, and compliance assurance related to indirect expense budgets and assigned CER Pools. The role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience across all business segment practices, working with several key stakeholders within the Supply Chain function in meeting our financial commitments.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience in preparing Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • General knowledge of indirect expense and CER pool planning.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual expenses vs plan.
  • Analysis of element of cost forecasts for labor, material, and other cost elements.
  • Planning and establishment of time phased indirect expense and headcount plans.
  • Ensure that the budget systems are loaded to approved values by the Supply Chain team.
  • CER pool factors – development, maintenance, and compliance; requires routine interaction with key stakeholders to revisit causal beneficial relationships, ensure compliance, and update factors as necessary.
  • Review for compliant labor and pool charges.
  • Prepare appropriate JVs and IOTs as required.
