The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Partner delivers our Purpose by acting as a subject matter expert and trusted business and financial advisor to business unit Leadership within Marketing, Communication, Southwest Business, and others. They support the FP&A, budget, and cost analysis of Commercial Departments at Southwest. They will help oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning activities and deliverables for the Team and be the point of contact for our advertising and promotions budgets. The FP&A Partner has a strategic mindset and is excited to be part of meaningful and impactful initiatives and drive the future of Southwest.
