About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FP&A Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be integral to the Corporate FP&A team, focusing on Revenue, Billings, and Collections forecasts. You will collaborate with the People Experience team on financial matters related to the Corporate Bonus program. Your expertise in project management and financial modeling will be essential as you support headcount requests and approvals. The dynamic nature of this role demands strong analytical and communication skills to influence decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related experience; prior experience in a Corporate FP&A role.
  • FP&A experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent financial modeling experience; advanced Excel and Google Sheets/Slides skills.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive.
  • Capability to influence cross-functionally and think holistically about business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the annual plan and updated forecasts for Revenue, Billings and Collections.
  • Providing financial support to the People Experience team for the corporate bonus program.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Monitoring performance against forecasts and identifying improvement areas.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Supporting the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis.
  • Assisting in the development of long-range financial plans aligning with business goals.
  • Driving standardization and automation of headcount requests and approvals.
  • Reporting and analyzing performance, forecasting accuracy, and key business trends.
  • Evaluating current forecasting methodologies to develop scalable solutions.
