Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills - Must be proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise recommendations, with an understanding of when to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Onestream or similar financial planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Maintain and improve cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity planning.
  • Prepare and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the monthly close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Conduct deep-dive financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Work closely with accounting, operations, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on financial goals.
