About The Position
First Merchants Bank is seeking a FP&A Financial Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing business segment financial information, including margin analysis, analysis of monthly results, variance and trend analysis and KPI reporting and analysis, as well as budget analysis to support development of annual plan. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work three (3) days per week at our Daleville Data Center located in Daleville, Indiana.
