About The Position

Takes ownership, responsibility and leads work efforts in the following areas: Financial Analysis Supports broader strategic plan and enterprise cash flow, developing ad hoc financial analysis to understand trends in key Business or Enterprise performance drivers - serves as thought partner in Enterprise strategic or financial analysis/projects Supports efforts to maintain good communication with Business Leads and Analysts’ to ensure driver based analytics are aligned with Finance, Business, and Enterprise needs - Monthly Business Reviews, external communications, ad hoc requests Supports efforts to develop cash flow business targets (plan, forecasts, outlooks) with supporting analytics and driver based impacts – tracking key assumptions and performance metrics Support EBITDA build and strategy deployment analysis Planning Strategic and Annual Business Cash Flow Planning – develops and coordinates with business leads on assumptions Business Analysis – develops reporting and delivers variance analysis - identifying drivers and trends Responsible for ensuring data information systems (BPC) is updated, coordinating in junction with COE Reporting & Analysis and Info. Technology groups. Build and develop cash flow forecast reporting. Performs financial/driver based analysis to understand variances to overall reporting Reporting Monthly Business Review consolidation and analysis Coordinate communication with key stakeholders for data requirements. Analysis and reporting of key business drivers and performance metrics Monthly Business Cash Flow reporting Supports the development of the monthly business cash flow, responsible for ensuring driver based analytics Assists in maintaining data governance and integrity (internal/external communications)

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required
  • SAP and BPC proficiency
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience
