About The Position
As the FP&A Director for the North America region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. Reporting directly to the CFO, your primary responsibility will be to lead the financial planning and analysis efforts across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This includes overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives and provide a clear roadmap for financial performance. You will be tasked with developing robust financial reporting mechanisms that not only track performance but also provide insights that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and present findings to senior management.
