About The Position

ASI is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, solid accounting and finance fundamentals, and hands-on experience with financial systems and planning tools in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field
Four plus years of experience in FP&A
Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP ByDesign (strongly preferred)
Experience using Cube FP&A or similar FP&A planning tools
Background supporting project-based environments
CPA, CMA, or MBA (a plus, not required)
Experience improving FP&A systems, workflows or reporting automation

Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Support the development of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Analyze variances in actual vs. forecasted financial results
Build and maintain management reporting and dashboards for leadership
Create financial models to support planning and decision-making
Automate and streamline financial reporting processes
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed by leadership
Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between reporting, forecasts and actuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
