About The Position

In the role of Fountain Worker at the South End Market in MGM Springfield, you will efficiently take and serve orders, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. If you are an experienced food handler who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests and has at least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant and a passion for customer service, we want you to apply and be part of our dynamic team!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able and willing to work Part-time, 8-hour shifts any time between 6am-2:45am including weekends and holidays
• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is preferred

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collect payments following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and restock supplies as needed.
• Pack and complete orders according to guest preferences.
• Label and date products per safety standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Address guest complaints and report any issues to management.
