About The Position

As a Fountain Worker at Park MGM, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to serve at both Side Betty and The Chef Truck, where you can offer an array of different bites packed with flavor. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, you'll set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, understanding each guest's unique stories and needs to create WOW memories that linger long after their visit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of previous guest service/customer service experience
• 1+ years of previous food handling experience in a fast-paced environment
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
