2nd Shift Foundry Pourer
About The Position
At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF), we’ve been mastering the art of metal casting for more than 116 years. Every pour, every mold, and every finished part tells a story of precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Pourer to join our 2nd shift foundry team and help carry on that tradition. As a Pourer, you’ll be at the very heart of our operation where molten aluminum becomes something greater. You’ll work with skill and focus to pour metal into molds that will eventually take shape as parts used in industries around the world. This is fast-paced, hands-on work that demands attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in what you create. This is a full-time, second-shift position running Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The starting wage is $24.95 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift premium. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, communication, and craftsmanship in every step of the process.

Responsibilities
- Pour molten aluminum into molds safely and accurately
- Monitor metal flow, temperature, and timing during each pour
- Inspect molds and castings to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain tools and equipment to keep your work area clean and efficient
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
