About The Position

Richmond Foundry, LLC is seeking a Foundry Molder to join our production team in Dayton, NJ! As a Foundry Molder, you will be responsible for preparing molds used in metal casting operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous foundry or molding experience preferred (training available for entry-level candidates)
• Knowledge of molding techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a hot, industrial environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Review and understand daily production schedule
• Set up molding machines by gathering patterns and related cores
• Read and follow work orders, and casting specifications
• Inspect molds for defects and ensure proper dimensions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Operate Hunter or BMM Molding Machine daily
