About The Position
Plant 2 Cell Operator 2nd shift Do you want longer weekends to spend with your family and friends but still make good money? You heard us correctly, get your weekends back + good money! Our Cell Operators here at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry work 4 twelve hour shifts Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM and get their Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off. Plus, they are guaranteed 16 hours of overtime! What’s better is the weekly pay. Starting wages for this position is at $25.73 an hour + $1.25 for 2nd shift premium. After completing 240 hours and another 560 hours, our cell operators are also eligible for increases. Our Cell Operators are always rotating with what they do so it’s never the same job for the full 12 hour shift. If you are someone who is adaptable with mechanically inclined skills this may be the right job for you. Now, let’s talk more about this role and what you will be doing.
