The company works with a low volume of high-ACV enterprise customers and differentiates through deep customization, enterprise-grade attribution systems, and software that connects insights to real business outcomes. At the time of intake, the company was at roughly $1.5M ARR, had a $5–10M pipeline, and had raised $5M, operating with a lean, high-talent team in New York. They are building a category-defining business with a very high bar for talent, strong early traction, and meaningful enterprise adoption. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants direct founder exposure, real ownership, and the chance to work on high-impact problems at the intersection of AI, enterprise strategy, and product. This is a founding, full-stack operator role. From day one, you will work directly with founders, enterprise clients, and engineers to help turn the company’s software, data, and insights into meaningful outcomes for customers. The role is roughly a hybrid of consulting-style client work and product management. You will help manage enterprise customer relationships, onboard clients to the platform, drive strong results for those accounts, and help run highly customized client workflows. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify customer needs, shape product roadmap priorities, and help prototype ideas that allow the company to scale faster.
