About The Position

Valerie Health is reimagining how independent specialty practices operate by using AI to modernize patient and provider communication interfaces, provide better care, and drive operational efficiencies. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will be a core member of the team responsible for scaling Valerie’s business and operations. You’ll own high-priority projects, build new systems, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. The ideal candidate blends a foundation in consulting and/or product with hands-on startup experience. This is a rare opportunity to join as an early operator, shape the DNA of the Valerie team, and play a pivotal role in scaling an AI-native healthcare technology company from the ground up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth environments or ambiguity-heavy roles (e.g. startups, consulting, VC/PE/IB)
• End-to-end ownership with a track record of expansively owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams
• Strong analytical toolkit: advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills (data cleaning, analysis, and modeling)

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Projects: Scope, structure, and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Analyze, Model & Report: Build financial, operational, and workforce models, design dashboards to track KPIs, and generate insights to guide decisions.
• Drive Product Improvement: Translate on-the-ground insights into product requirements; operationalize new features and workflows.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research to inform go-to-market, expansion, and product strategy.
