Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering (backend, distributed systems, or full-stack).
• Able to move fast, own projects end-to-end, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable writing clean, production-grade code that others can build on.
• Mission-driven: excited to build tech that impacts aviation safety and defense.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modern data pipelines, real-time systems, or AI/ML integration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the backend and data pipelines that power Navi’s AI co-pilot.
• Work closely with pilots and instructors to design tools that actually work in the cockpit and classroom.
• Integrate flight dynamics, telemetry, and audio into intelligent training and debrief systems.
• Help decide the core technologies and frameworks that will scale Navi from startup to aviation standard.
• Ship code that runs everywhere from university flight schools to military squadrons.
