About The Position

As the first recruiting hire, you will build the talent engine for an AI platform transforming B2C revenue operations. You will own the full-cycle process, from designing AI-native sourcing workflows to screening candidates and selling the vision. Working directly with the CEO, you'll scale the team from eight to twenty over six months.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions including engineering, sales, and product in competitive markets.
  • Tech-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools and automations to optimize traditional recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated, agentic sourcing systems to build a high-volume, AI-first candidate pipeline.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles, conducting autonomous screenings and culture-fit evaluations.
  • Partner directly with the CEO to define hiring processes, compensation structures, and long-term employer branding strategies.
