As our Founding Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end recruiting function: sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, and closing. You’ll help shape how we hire, onboard, and build our culture. If you’re interested in expanding into People Operations / HR functions down the line, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into that. But first and foremost: we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and “do it all”. The primary will be primarily on technical roles, with flex into GTM roles as well. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in high-ownership environments, love finding and closing exceptional talent, and want to see the tangible impact of the teams they build.
