About The Position

We are an AI-powered platform revolutionizing how companies plan corporate events—from high-stakes executive offsites to global company-wide conferences. Our software automates the logistics of venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, making it seamless for teams at companies like Google and Amazon to create meaningful moments in real life. As a Founding Product Engineer , you won’t just be writing code; you will be shaping the very core of our product and engineering culture. You will work at the intersection of complex backend logic and polished, high-end frontend design. This is a role for an engineer who has strong product intuition and enjoys the "zero-to-one" journey of building features that large enterprise customers rely on.

Requirements

Product-Minded Engineer: You have a strong intuition for what makes a great product and can translate customer needs into refined code.
Full-Stack Expert: You are highly proficient in modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and SQL.
Design-Forward: You have a "strong eye" and take pride in building beautiful, polished user interfaces.
Proactive Owner: You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy high autonomy, and are comfortable working directly with customers to gather requirements.
Scrappy & Fast: You prefer shipping features that customers love over over-engineering for problems that don't exist yet.

Nice To Haves

Experience building custom features specifically for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
Background in product management or previous customer-facing engineering roles.
Startup "zero-to-one" experience.
Strong UI/UX design skills or a history of working very closely with design teams.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Craftsmanship: Build and ship features from end-to-end using React/TypeScript, Next.js, and Node/Python with an obsession for exceptional design and UX.
Customer-Driven Development: Work directly with large enterprise customers to translate their pain points into elegant technical solutions.
Strategic Ownership: Make critical technical and product decisions that will define our platform’s scalability for enterprise use cases.
Rapid Iteration: Partner closely with sales and operations to prioritize high-impact requests and ship code quickly based on real-world feedback.
Culture Building: Help define our engineering standards, processes, and product philosophy from day one.

Compensation: $130K – $170K base salary + 0.5% – 1.5% equity
