About the Role We're seeking a Founding Product Engineer to help shape the technical foundation of our AI documentation platform. This is a rare opportunity to join as one of our first full-stack hires at a seed-stage company with clear product-market fit and explosive growth. You'll work directly with our CEO and CTO to build user-facing features end-to-end and become a future tech lead as we scale. What You'll Own As a founding product engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of major product areas from backend to frontend: Voice agent for in-visit documentation Coding agent workflows and automation Analytics dashboards and data pipelines for clinicians and administrators Dynamic visit guides with real-time prompting Customer-editable documentation behavior and rules You'll work across the full stack—designing APIs, building backend systems, and creating intuitive user interfaces that clinicians love. Your Impact (First Year) Successfully scale our platform to support increased enterprise demand, delivering 20%+ productivity gains for clients. Build and ship complete user-facing features autonomously Implement infrastructure that supports real-time documentation processing Establish engineering best practices for our growing team Own product areas end-to-end that directly impact thousands of clinicians What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with a solid knowledge of product development.
  • Comfortable owning user-facing features from backend to frontend
  • Experience scaling platforms in high-growth environments
  • Robust database modeling, API design, and systems architecture skills
  • Ability to turn ambiguous product ideas into shipped features
  • Care deeply about UX, iteration velocity, and real-world usage
  • Comfortable with founding engineer responsibilities and thriving in ambiguity
  • Can work quickly and urgently to show results and iterate on products

Nice To Haves

  • AI/ML platform experience (especially audio processing or NLP)
  • Experience at seed to Series B startups
  • Previous founding engineer experience
  • Healthcare or regulated industry background
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience
  • Real-time systems expertise
  • Proficient frontend development skills
