About The Position

We’re representing a fast-growing healthcare technology startup building the operating system for hospital operations, starting with staffing optimization. The company transforms labor-intensive, manual hospital workflows—often managed through spreadsheets or large administrative teams—into autonomous systems that save thousands of hours and reduce labor costs by eight figures. In under six months, the company has reached seven figures in ARR and is scaling rapidly across enterprise health systems. Backed by top-tier investors and leading hospital partners, the team is small, execution-driven, and customer-obsessed, with ambitious plans to scale from dozens to hundreds of hospitals in the near term. As a Founding Operations Lead , you will own one of the most critical functions in the company: deploying and scaling the product across large enterprise hospital systems. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting between sales, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving change or implementing complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Prior experience at a startup or in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working directly with customers on complex operational or technical problems.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problems end-to-end with minimal process.
  • Strong analytical and technical comfort (e.g., Excel, CSVs, basic data modeling concepts).
  • Ability to move quickly, think clearly, and adapt in real time.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% within the U.S.

  • Experience with enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end implementation of the company’s platform across enterprise healthcare systems with thousands of users.
  • Design and iterate on the deployment and onboarding playbook as the company scales.
  • Work directly with customers every day, deeply understanding hospital workflows and operational pain points.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between customers and internal engineering and design teams.
  • Translate real-world usage, support insights, and operational challenges into product roadmap input.
  • Troubleshoot complex implementation issues involving data, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Travel to customer sites (~50%) to support deployments and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Play a foundational role in shaping how operations, implementation, and customer success scale over time.
