Our software automates the hardest parts of the process, including venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, making it faster and more seamless for teams to meet up in real life. We’ve already delivered world-class events for global leaders like Google and Amazon, and we are just getting started. The Role As a Founding Mid-Market AE, you will be a cornerstone of our go-to-market team. This is a rare opportunity to close larger deals while simultaneously shaping our enterprise sales motion from the ground up. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and partner directly with our founders and product team to define what world-class mid-market sales looks like at our company.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Experience: You have a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Complex Deal Architect: You excel at navigating multi-threaded sales processes and building relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strategic & Scrappy: You have a strong executive presence but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
  • Relationship Builder: You are a master of consultative selling and truly care about helping customers succeed.
  • Builder Mentality: You aren't just looking for a seat; you want to be early and build the sales motion from zero to one.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to Marketing, HR, Ops, or Event teams at the enterprise level.
  • A proven track record with deal sizes exceeding $100K.
  • Prior experience as a founding or early sales hire at a high-growth startup.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes and custom solutioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Cycle: Lead larger, complex deals ranging from $50K to $200K ACV from initial outreach to close.
  • Strategic Navigation: Manage longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement teams, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Consultative Selling: Run strategic discovery and multi-threaded demos that focus on deep customer business outcomes.
  • Build the Playbook: Partner with founders to refine our mid-market go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and deal processes.
  • Voice of the Customer: Influence the product roadmap by bringing enterprise-level feedback directly to our product and engineering teams.
