About The Position

Alloy Personal Training is building its founding coaching and leadership team for our brand-new Algonquin studio. This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing coach who thrives in small-group personal training, membership sales, community networking, grassroots marketing, and team leadership. The Founding Assistant Studio Manager / Head Coach will play a key role in the grand opening launch of this boutique personal training studio. This is a highly visible role for someone who can lead from the floor, create exceptional client experiences, and help build a premium fitness community from day one. With 300+ locations nationwide and rapid expansion ahead, Alloy Personal Training is one of the fastest-growing premium boutique fitness brands in the country. Requirements

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred: NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, or similar OR Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
  • 4–5 years of personal training or small-group coaching experience preferred
  • Fitness sales and membership consultation experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Strong time management and organizational ability
  • Comfortable with CRM, Mindbody, and fitness technology platforms
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Passion for coaching, culture, and helping clients achieve life-changing results

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and coach development
  • Drive member retention through premium service, accountability, and goal progression
  • Help develop studio culture, systems, and launch momentum
  • Support staff education, team meetings, and operational execution
  • Assist with additional studio growth initiatives as assigned
