About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for automating various processes using tools like n8n, virtual assistants, and AI technologies. You will set up and manage the GTM infrastructure, including Hubspot, Clay, and Apollo automations, and will be tasked with sending over 10,000 cold emails per day. Additionally, you will establish cold email infrastructure using Smartleads and Instantly, manage influencer and creator marketing, and build lightweight financial models to inform budgets. You will partner with leadership on cross-functional projects, transforming ambiguous problems into clear experiments and processes. Your responsibilities will also include improving internal operations, managing workflows, and assisting with various tasks as needed, from ordering snacks to coordinating legal documents.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience, likely from another startup.
• Desire to automate processes and move onto new challenges.
• Comfortable with Python and scripting work.
• Fast learner who thrives on feedback and quick execution.
• Strong communication skills across various platforms.
• Organized and able to prioritize competing projects.
• Resourceful and able to solve problems independently.
• Technically fluent and able to communicate with technical roles.
• Experience in conducting candidate interviews.
• Willingness to work in the SF office 3 days a week.

• Technical or quantitative background (STEM, economics, etc.).
• Experience supporting or running operations in a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Automate processes using n8n, virtual assistants, and AI tools.
• Set up GTM infrastructure including Hubspot, Clay, and Apollo automations.

• Establish cold email infrastructure using Smartleads and Instantly.
• Manage influencer and creator marketing, including calculating and managing CPMs.
• Build and manage lightweight financial models for budgeting.

• Own internal operations, improving team workflows and managing office and vendors.
• Assist with various tasks as needed across the company.
