About The Position

In this role, you will be at the forefront of automating processes and enhancing operational efficiency at Replo. You will leverage tools like n8n, virtual assistants, and AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing the go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure using platforms such as Hubspot, Clay, and Apollo, enabling the company to send over 10,000 cold emails per day. You will also establish cold email infrastructure with tools like Smartleads and Instantly, manage influencer and creator marketing, and build lightweight financial models to inform budgeting decisions. Collaboration with leadership on cross-functional projects will be key, as will your ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear experiments and actionable plans. You will own internal operations, improving team workflows, managing office logistics, and supporting various company needs, from ordering snacks to coordinating legal documents.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Desire to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Python or scripting for task automation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive on feedback.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms (Slack, async docs, live conversations).
  • Organizational skills to prioritize competing projects.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and knowing when to ask questions.
  • Technical fluency to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience in conducting candidate interviews.

  • Technical or quantitative background (STEM, economics, etc.).
  • Experience supporting or running operations in a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

  • Automate processes using n8n, virtual assistants, and AI tools.
