We’re hiring two Founding Account Executives to drive US growth at a mission-first AI company that’s reengineering how doctors, nurses, and medical students learn to communicate. Already profitable and growing 50% quarter-on-quarter, the company’s self-hosted simulation platform is used by top-tier universities and healthcare systems worldwide, replacing outdated roleplay and expensive actors with personalized, AI-powered training that’s 50x more scalable and 10x more effective. With a new base in Austin, TX, our client is launching our US go-to-market function from scratch. If you’re a high-agency, high-IQ operator looking for a career-defining opportunity, this is it.

Requirements

  • You think in systems, act with urgency, and learn faster than most
  • You’re intellectually sharp, articulate, and confident in boardroom conversations
  • You’ve done zero-to-one before - or have the mindset and velocity to do it now
  • You care deeply about doing work that matters and owning the outcomes
  • You’re comfortable without an SDR team or marketing engine - you build your own flywheel
  • You’re obsessed with performance, but allergic to corporate theatre

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from first outbound to signed contract
  • Sell to elite universities, hospitals, and healthcare systems
  • Define and iterate on ICP, messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling from zero
  • Translate customer feedback into product and growth decisions
  • Be a cultural co-founder of the US team - and help hire the next wave
