About The Position

Our partner is a rapidly growing, venture-backed security technology startup building modern, AI-enabled systems for enterprise physical security. Their platform helps organizations monitor, respond, and automate real-time security operations—an industry historically dominated by legacy, human-centered workflows. With strong early traction, expanding outbound pipeline, and a Series A expected in the coming months, the team is scaling thoughtfully and investing early in foundational GTM infrastructure. The company operates like a true enterprise business: long-term value, high customer stickiness, and deep technical integration. Their 10+ person team is composed of experienced operators from top startups and enterprise security environments, all unified by high ownership, curiosity, and a culture of urgency without ego. We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power modern outbound, automated prospecting, and full-funnel growth. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, growth engineering, and sales enablement—helping transform raw data, signals, and content into qualified pipeline. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and sales leadership to design scalable outbound engines, develop creative growth experiments, build signal-based workflows, and support the SDR team with automated intelligence. This is a rare early-seat opportunity to shape the company’s growth stack before the team expands, influence campaign design, and help define what “world-class GTM” looks like for the organization. This is a hands-on, highly creative builder role for someone who loves combining technical problem-solving with commercial impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth, sales engineering, SDR operations, or go-to-market systems roles within high-growth tech companies.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools (Clay, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, or similar).
  • Ability to build workflows, scripts, or automations—technical curiosity is essential.
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy, pipeline conversion, and early-stage GTM motions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn signals and data into actionable workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, experimental early-stage environment with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated outbound systems (Clay workflows, list generation, enrichment pipelines, multi-channel sequencing).
  • Develop custom workflows to surface high-quality intent signals for SDRs and AEs.
  • Execute “growth hack” style initiatives (e.g., targeting competitor followers, analyzing engagement signals, routing actions to reps).
  • Partner with leadership to experiment with new channels and prospecting strategies.
  • Convert content and marketing assets (e.g., industry reports, campaigns) into qualified pipeline through thoughtful distribution and targeting.
  • Support long-term GTM infrastructure, including ABM programs and account prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align pipeline generation with strategic business priorities.
  • Maintain data hygiene, reporting clarity, and reliable signal routing across the outbound engine.
