This is a full-time role as a Forward Deployed Engineer, located onsite in New York, NY. We're looking for a technically sharp, customer-obsessed problem solver to be the bridge between our platform and our customers' success. Your mission: make every customer onboarding seamless, every client's technical challenges disappear, and every environment perfectly tuned for their needs. You'll be embedded with our Customer Success team but operate like an engineer in the field: building, configuring, and troubleshooting directly in customer environments; handling data migrations and integrations; and solving high-priority technical challenges at speed. You will own the operational and technical backbone that makes every Hadrius deployment successful. You'll work directly with customers, our product team, and engineering to deliver high-quality implementations and ongoing technical support.
