Your Role As a member of Marketing at Rox, you’ll work across the entire go-to-market lifecycle with high ownership. You’ll engage directly with enterprise sales teams to drive customer momentum and identify key opportunities. You’ll run executive dinners, organize unique experiences, and help scale what’s working. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a marketing or sales-related role
  • Experience managing relationships with VP-level stakeholders or above
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfort working with clear metrics and success criteria
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and ability to speak to current trends or tools
  • Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Responsibilities

  • Work across demand generation, onboarding, and post-sales success to drive adoption and impact
  • Lead relationships with sales leaders and executives at customer companies, uncovering pain points and proposing high-leverage solutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to turn customer feedback into roadmap input and new feature launches
  • Partner with customers to shape and execute strategic sales motions on Rox
  • Support messaging and positioning efforts based on real-world customer outcomes
  • Contribute to the design of internal playbooks, processes, and tooling to scale GTM
