About The Position
The Founding Executive Director (ED) of the DC School Support Hub will lead the establishment of a centralized support model aimed at enhancing the quality of charter schools in Washington, DC. This role involves refining the Hub's service delivery model, engaging in early-stage fundraising, and building partnerships to ensure the Hub's success. The ED will have the autonomy to design and implement a pilot program that tests key components of the Hub's model, with the goal of creating a sustainable support system for charter schools in the area.
