About The Position

We are looking for a self-starter engineer who loves building new products in an iterative and fast-moving environment. In this role, you will be bringing our smartest matchmaking AI to the world. You will also be building internal tools that are going to be used by AIs. You will collaborate closely with the product and research teams to create the structure of this innovative agentic system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies.
• Proficiency with fundamental data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js and/or other web technologies.
• Proficiency with some backend languages and frameworks (Typescript / bun is preferred, experience in Nest.js is a plus).
• Experience with microservice architecture using a variety of infrastructure services like RabbitMQ.
• Experience with non-relational databases, e.g., MongoDB & Redis.
• Experience in AI/ML pipelines (no specific stack required).
• Ability to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of new customer-facing social networking experience.
• Collaborate with product designers and leadership to create cutting-edge products.
• Make internal tools for the team as well as for AIs.
• Optimize applications for speed and scale.
