About The Position

We are looking for a founding engineer, an extremely leveraged role. You'll work directly with founders to build a highly integrated back-office product spanning state compliance, sales tax, bookkeeping and corporate income taxes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer with a proven track record of execution
• You've built outstanding products and collaborated closely within engineering teams
• High ownership and agency
• Expected to care deeply about the product and fully drive significant parts of the roadmap

Nice To Haves

• Fintech experience
• Practical experience with applied AI (e.g., working with LLMs and agentic workflows)
• Familiarity with our technology stack: TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL
