About The Position

You will architect a revolutionary AI operating system designed to automate professional judgment for enterprise business decisions. As a founding engineer, you will build core intelligence engines from scratch, orchestrating complex reasoning models to transform fragmented data into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role shaping the technical DNA of an AI-first startup.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping complex products end-to-end, ideally within a startup or small, high-growth engineering team.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or AI/ML with fluency in modern stacks like Python and React.
• Generalist mindset with a bias for action, capable of navigating ambiguity and building simple, craftsmanship-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core intelligence engine end-to-end, including data ingestion, model orchestration, and API layers.
• Own the technical architecture across Python, Go, and TypeScript to support scalable, evolvable systems for enterprise use.
• Partner directly with founders to define the technical vision, product roadmap, and engineering standards for the company.
