Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex software systems or AI-driven products from scratch.
- Experience working with LLMs, machine learning models, or large-scale communication infrastructure across various channels.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate a fleet of AI agents coordinating patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials in North America.
- Train proprietary ML models that match patient profiles to trials using real-world outcomes to optimize enrollment.
- Scale LLMs across multi-channel communications while ensuring consistent, personalized, and high-quality patient interactions.
