About The Position

As the founding designer at Rox, your responsibility is to craft the best experience for the world’s best revenue teams. We are pushing the frontier, and we want you to forge the future of interaction between sellers and agents. Revenue is the foundational building blocks of businesses, so you will be redefining how businesses operate. As a Founding Designer, you will establish the identity of the product. You will work closely with our customers to deeply understand their needs while also collaborating with product engineers to deliver delightful experiences. You will have full ownership of the design direction of the product and craft new agentic interfaces.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Demonstrated product design experience, iterating with customers.
• Deep curiosity with AI products, expressed through research, projects, etc.
• Opinionated about the future of agentic interfaces.
• Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
