About The Position
At Capy, we're building the future of Software Development Capy is the world’s first AI Software Engineer that lives natively in the cloud. As a growing team backed by tier-1 VCs, angels, and Y Combinator, we are seeking talented, driven engineers to join us in our mission. The Role: As our first design hire, you’ll own everything from product UX to brand expression. You’ll be working hands-on with engineers, users, and leadership to translate complex AI infrastructure into experiences that feel approachable, powerful, and magical.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year full-time design/engineering experience
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Ability to prototype in code (React/Next.js or similar)
- Strong product sense and track record of driving outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership
- Love shipping quickly and being in fast-paced environment
